CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
You Must Cancel 12 Hours Prior to Appointment. Cancellations/No Shows 12 Hours of Appointment will Require 50% Fee Of Your Booked Service. (Example: if your appointment service total was $60, you’ll be charged a $30 cancellation fee). This Fee can not be waived due to your period starting, sickness, work schedule, or minor emergencies. If you were in a car accident on your way to your appointment or in the ER, please text your esthetician photos of the incident to possibly waive fee or to put the charge back into your account.
Same Day Reschedule:
You do have the ability to reschedule your appointment for a later/earlier time on the SAME DAY as your appointment to work around your schedule for no charge. We understand that things pop up so you have the ability to possibly change your appointment time. You can text or call your esthetician to see if there’s an opening. If there is not you’ll still be charged the cancellation fee
Grace Period
There is a 10 Minute Grace Period. Your Esthetician will text you at your appointment time to get an ETA.
There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes.
Your Esthetician has the right to cancel your appointment if she cannot expand time for you into her schedule after the 10 minute Grace period
Refunds
There is no refund exceptions because of the product usage. You’ll have 48 hours to reschedule an appointment and allow your esthetician to fix it.
No Children under the age of 13 allowed in the room due to tools that could cause harm. They must wait out in the waiting room. Only teenagers and adults allowed in room during services.
Period WARNINGS:
If you’re on your period, you MUST have a CLEAN Tampon on, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you don’t have a tampon on during your service you can be given one. You can still get serviced on your period !
